Privacy Policy

MyCalorieCycle is designed to store your fitness and nutrition data on your device. We do not require an account and we do not store your profile, measurements, diary entries, or meal plans on our own servers.

Data We Process

The app processes data you enter, including:

• Profile information (for example age, height, weight, gender, activity settings)
• Body measurements and calculated values (for example body fat %, BMR, TDEE)
• Diary entries, notes, and meal planning data
• App settings (for example unit preferences and reminder settings)

How Data Is Stored

Data is stored locally on your device using app storage. MyCalorieCycle is built for offline/local-first use and does not create a cloud account for your personal fitness records.

Data Retention

We retain locally stored data until one of the following happens:

• You delete the data from inside the app
• You uninstall the app from your device
• You clear app data using your device system settings

If your device backup settings are enabled, app data may remain in a device backup until you delete that backup through your Google/Apple account settings.

How To Delete Your Data

You can delete your data at any time:

• In the app: open Profile and tap Clear Profile Data, then confirm Clear Data
• On device: uninstall MyCalorieCycle to remove local app data
• Optional: remove any cloud/device backup copies from your account backup settings

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your profile, measurement, diary, or meal-plan records with third parties from our own servers because those records are not stored by us in a user account database.
